Thank you KRUN and sponsors for broadcasting the Ballinger Bearcat Football games on air and online.

It's really neat for former and current Agri-Plex citizens to be able to keep "in touch" with what's happening at home via the internet. Who would have ever thought news from little ole Ballinger, Texas could be heard world wide?

Hats off to KRUN for a JOB WELL DONE!!!!  Keep up the good work.

The tradition rolls on!

Thank you so much for playing the song that I tend to request every Friday....The Boys of Fall by Kenny Chesney...that song reminds me so much of growing up in Ballinger...and how much the people of that town treasure their football team and it's ups & downs..Home is where the heart is....guess Ballinger will ALWAYS be my home....

I have been to many places in the US and all over Texas.  I have to say that KRUN plays the best country veriety ever.  Home town radio is the best and you will not find a radio that is more devoted to the community like KRUN with thier trading post and them helping the community.  Thank you Toby and the gang for your hard work

A special thanks for some much needed assistance.

A few days ago I decided to take a ride on my motorcycle.  For no particular reason I turned down the road towards the Elm Creek one mile crossing.  I eased across the water drove up a bit then decided to back track.  I slowly eased back though the water and all of the sudden my cycle slipped out from under me.  I tried to stand but the crossing was slippery with moss.  I realized what had happened as I finally stood up on the slick mess.  I recently had surgery and was under orders not to lift anything for another month.  I had a 600 pound motorcycle lying on its side and couldn’t do one thing to get it up right.  I waited for some time and finally a Good Samaritan came along in the form of  Kyle Mansell.  Mr. Mansell waded out and without any hesitation, and despite the slippery footing  got my bike back on its wheels for me.  He also followed up with a phone call the next day to inquire about my well being.  Thank God that Mr. Mansell came along and was willing to help.  Thank you Mr. Mansell

Sincerely:  Buck Buchanan
