The City of Miles has scheduled its quarterly bulk item pickup for Saturday, April 18th.
Residents are allowed to place up to five bulk items and 10 bags or bundles per household. Items must be set out by Friday night to ensure collection.
City officials remind residents to keep bulk items separate from regular trash, as different trucks will handle pickup.
Accepted items include furniture, appliances without refrigerant and yard debris. Items such as household trash, tires, hazardous materials and propane tanks will not be collected.
Officials also warn to place items out at your own risk.
