3 SEATS OPEN ON MILES CITY COUNCIL

The City of Miles is accepting applications from qualified candidates interested in serving on the Miles City Council. There are 3 council positions up for election this year. The filing deadline is Monday, Aug. 17. Applications must be filed at Miles City Hall, which is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. citizen and a registered voter. They must also meet state and local residency requirements and other qualifications under Texas law.
