The Ballinger City Park Board is inviting the community to celebrate Mardi Gras with a public dance February. .
The Mardi Gras Dance is set for Friday, February 28, at the Ballinger Community Center, running from 7 until 11 p.m. The event will feature music by DJ Orlando Cardenas, along with food trucks on site throughout the evening.
Admission is ten dollars per person, with children 12 and under admitted for five dollars. Organizers also note a ten-dollar cooler charge, and the event will be cash only.
Proceeds from the dance help support the Ballinger City Park Board and its ongoing efforts to maintain and improve city parks and recreational facilities across Ballinger.
The Park Board encourages residents of all ages to attend, enjoy an evening of music and fun, and support local community projects.
