The City of Ballinger is preparing for its City-Wide Cleanup Week, September 25th through the 30th. Residents can place furniture, appliances without freon, junk, lawnmowers, tin, metal and bedding at the curb by 7 a.m. Friday, September 25th. Dumpsters will be available at the Recycling Center on Seventh Street, the Community Center, Old Junior High and 102 South Woodward Avenue. Household trash, construction debris, car parts and tires will not be accepted. Residents over 65 or those with disabilities can call City Hall at 325-365-3511 by September 21st to arrange guaranteed curbside pickup, with a limit of five bulk items.
