Ballinger FFA is celebrating a strong showing at the 2026 Big Country Convention. Several students earned top leadership roles for the upcoming school year.
Kynlee Palmer has been selected to serve as an Area Four Officer for 2026–2027. Deesa Drennan will take on the role of Big Country District Reporter, while Kennedee Franke has been named Vice President.
Students also performed well in multiple career development events. The Ag Sales team placed second at district and fifth at area. Tractor Technician earned fourth at district and sixth at area. Livestock Evaluation finished fourth at district, followed by Wool Judging in sixth.
Additional results include Cotton Judging, seventh at district, and Horse Evaluation, ninth.
Ballinger FFA says the results reflect the hard work and dedication of its students.
