The Ballinger Fire Department will bring Easter cheer to the streets next month with its annual Easter Bunny Run.
The event is set for Saturday, April 4th from 10 a.m. to noon, as firefighters travel through neighborhoods handing out candy and Easter eggs to children.
Organizers say the Easter Bunny will ride along on a fire truck, encouraging families to come outside and enjoy the festive atmosphere.
The route will take the department through various streets across Ballinger, with residents encouraged to listen for sirens as a signal the Bunny is near.
The event is free and open to kids of all ages.
