Ballinger Independent School District will hold a public hearing during its regular board meeting Monday, January 12, to present the district’s latest state financial accountability report. Superintendent Caroline Toliver says Ballinger ISD received an “A — Superior Achievement” rating under the Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas. The rating is issued by the Texas Education Agency and measures how well school districts manage taxpayer dollars, including budgeting, debt, cash reserves, and financial reporting. Toliver says the top rating reflects strong financial stewardship and transparency. The hearing begins at 5:30 p.m. at 802 Conda Avenue.
