SHARE NOW

A Ballinger native is being recognized among the best and brightest Texas 4-H alumni. Dr. Dottie Goebel, daughter of Bubba and Jane Cook of Ballinger, has been named to the prestigious “4 Under 40” list by the Texas 4-H Clover Club. The award honors alumni under the age of 40 who exemplify the 4-H motto, “To Make the Best Better.”

Goebel, a former member of the Runnels County 4-H Club for many years, is being recognized alongside three other outstanding alumni, Brady Ragland, Nathan Spencer, and Dr. Loni Lucherk. The honor highlights the impact of 4-H in shaping leaders who contribute to agriculture, education, and their communities across Texas.
