Ballinger Students Launch SNAP Back Food Drive

SHARE NOW

Ballinger High School students are kicking off their annual SNAP Back Food Drive to support local families in need this Thanksgiving season.
Students are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items and canned goods, including cereal, macaroni and cheese, peanut butter, canned soups, tuna, ramen noodles, granola bars, and other easy-to-prepare meals.

Community members can also take part by dropping off donations at either the junior high or high school campus.  All items collected will be sorted, packed, and delivered to families before the holiday.

Organizers say the goal is to ensure every family has what they need for a warm and reliable meal this Thanksgiving.
Donations are being accepted now through November 19th at Ballinger Jr High or High School locations.
