Get your taste buds ready — the “Hotter Than Hell” BBQ Cookoff returns to Ballinger City Park June 27th and 28th. The fiery competition will feature brisket, ribs, chicken, jalapeño poppers, beans, and more, with a $150 entry fee for three meats and $20 jackpots per side dish.
The event includes cornhole and washer tournaments, volleyball, vendor booths, and a silent auction. DJ Orlando Cardenas will provide live entertainment.
Proceeds benefit Imagination Station, a local nonprofit focused on early childhood development.
