The Bearcat Athletic Booster Club is calling on the community to step up as Ballinger prepares to host the High School District Track Meet April 8th and 9th.
Organizers say volunteers are urgently needed to help make the large-scale event a success, with positions open across the board—especially in the concession stands, where demand is expected to be high.
The two-day meet will bring student-athletes, coaches, and fans from across the district, shining a spotlight on Ballinger ISD’s facilities and school pride.
Booster Club members say it’s a chance for parents, families, and supporters of all Bearcat athletes to get involved and showcase the community’s hospitality.
Anyone interested is encouraged to sign up for a shift or simply show up ready to help, as organizers say extra hands will be needed throughout the event. Contact Ballinger High School for more information.
