The City of Ballinger is reassuring residents that utility bills are being mailed out on time, despite reported delays from the U.S. Postal Service. To ease concerns, the City is monitoring postmark dates and will not charge late fees for payments postmarked by the 10th—even if delivery is delayed.
To avoid mail issues, residents are encouraged to sign up for online bill pay, request auto-draft or email billing, or call City Hall at 325-365-3511 for their current balance. The City thanks everyone for their patience as they work through the issue together.
