The high school football season is getting underway across the AgriPlex, with teams beginning preparations for the 2026 season.
Monday, August 3rd, marks the first day of conditioning. Teams will then enter a five-day acclimatization period, with practices limited to three hours per day and no contact allowed.
Saturday, August 8th, is the first day teams may conduct full-contact practices in pads.
The first official scrimmages are set for Thursday, August 13th, giving players their first opportunity to test their preparation against another team.
The regular season for varsity programs officially kicks off Thursday, August 27th.
