Help Prevent Spread Of Zebra Mussels

SHARE NOW

Texas Game Wardens are reminding boaters to clean, drain, and dry watercraft to prevent the spread of invasive species like zebra mussels. By law, boaters must remove all visible plants and animals from boats and trailers before leaving the water. Officials say with duck season opening October 18th west of Highway 277 and November 8th east of the highway, hunters should take extra care when moving between lakes and rivers.
