The Ballinger Area Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Hunters’ Appreciation Dinner and Raffle on Saturday, November 1st, at the Ballinger Community Center. The event runs from 5 to 9:30 p.m., with meals served from 6 to 9 for $15 a plate, provided by Runnels County 4-H. A highlight of the evening is the gun raffle, featuring 13 guns, a deer feeder, and a large cooler. More than 30 silent auction items will also be available. Live music will be provided by the Nasty Nate Band. Organizers say this is the Chamber’s biggest fundraiser of the year, drawing large crowds in past years to support community programs and local business efforts
