The Ballinger Lady Cats are making some noise as district volleyball gets underway.
Ballinger is 2-and-0 in district play following Tuesday night’s straight-set victory over Brady, 25-13, 25-14 and 25-18.
The Lady Cats are now 16-and-10 overall, after putting together a nine-match winning streak earlier this season.
And there’s something bigger at stake. Ballinger is pursuing what would be the first volleyball playoff appearance in the young program’s history.
The Lady Cats continue district play Saturday at home against Christoval.
