Local voters in Ballinger, Winters, and Runnels County will join their fellow Texans and head to the polls Tuesday. Voting polls will be open from 7am to 7pm
For local voters, in Ballinger, City Council District 1 candidates are Marty Akins and Chad McDuffee. District 2 candidates include John Fulton, Richard Morrish, Richard Sonnenberg, and Rachelle Williams. Ballinger mayoral candidates are Edward Garcia, Darlene Kelly, and Bob McDaniel.
Winters voters will elect Place 7 on the school board selecting one of three with Leslye Morris, David Pate, and Eddie Rodriguez Jr. City elections feature Mayor Chris Bahlman, Place 1 candidates Wesley Hagle and Mike Neal, and Place 3 candidates Jimmy Butler and Carmen Martinez.
Runnels County voters will select three members for the Ballinger Memorial Hospital District Board: Mike Dankworth, Bill Hunter, Carolyn B. Little, and Tyler Reasor.
In addition, there are 17 proposed amendments to the Texas Constitution that voters be asked to vote on.
