Miles Independent School District is one of just 14 school systems statewide to earn Texas’ Enhanced Teacher Incentive Allotment designation for the 2025-26 application cycle. The designation allows qualifying districts to receive an additional 10 percent on top of their Teacher Incentive Allotment funding while expanding strategic compensation systems to campus leaders as well as teachers. The state announced the new designees Tuesday.
