Miles Sets Fireworks Restrictions Ahead of July 4th

SHARE NOW

In Miles, city officials have set strict limits on when residents can shoot fireworks. Fireworks are only permitted on Thursday, July 3rd, until midnight, and Friday, July 4th, until 11 p.m.

The city urges everyone to be cautious—keep water nearby in case of fire, clean up all debris, and be respectful of neighbors.

Experts remind residents that if you’re lighting fireworks yourself, never aim them at people or buildings, and never relight a dud. Safety first makes for a fun and fire-free Fourth.
