An Operation Christmas Child kickoff meeting for the Ballinger, Rowena and Winters areas will be held Tuesday, September 22, at 6:30 p.m. in the Mary Sykes Auditorium at the Carnegie Library in Ballinger.
Project leaders can receive updated information for the 2026 shoebox campaign, with up to 50 free boxes available to participating leaders.
Guest speaker Marsha Powell will share experiences from an Operation Christmas Child shoebox trip to Trinidad and Tobago.
The annual collection week is scheduled for November 16 through 23.
Everyone interested in participating is invited to attend.
