RUNNELS COUNTY 4-H SETS MAJOR STOCK SHOW ENTRY DAY

Runnels County 4-H members planning to compete at major livestock shows will want to mark an important November deadline. Major Stock Show and County Show Entry Day is set for Thursday, November 5th, from 8:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. at the Runnels County Extension Office in Ballinger. The Extension office handles local 4-H livestock and stock-show information, including entries, validation and Quality Counts resources. Major-show participation can require completed entries and other eligibility requirements, so families are encouraged to prepare ahead of entry day. Exhibitors with questions should contact the Extension office before November 5th.
