The Runnels County Commissioners Court meets Tuesday, February 24th at 10 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom at the Runnels County Courthouse, 613 Hutchings Avenue in Ballinger.
On the agenda — possible action to award a contract for the courthouse HVAC replacement project. The project is tied to funding through the State Energy Conservation Office Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant program.
Commissioners will also hear a report from the county’s Veterans Service Officer, consider a HIPAA agreement with Ballinger Memorial Hospital District, approve a fire-fighting agreement with the Ballinger Volunteer Fire Department, review the 2025 jail commissary audit, and address budget amendments.
The meeting is open to the public.
