RUNNELS COUNTY ENTERS INTO INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH TOM GREEN COUNTY

Runnels County commissioners have considered a $120,000 interlocal agreement with Tom Green County to administer the budget of the 119th Judicial District Attorney’s Office. The agreement would cover the fiscal year beginning October 1st through September 30th, 2027. Tom Green County would administer the budget under the agreement. The 119th Judicial District serves Runnels, Concho and Tom Green counties. Either county can withdraw following action by its Commissioners Court and 60 days’ written notice.
