The Runnels County Veterans Affairs Committee will host the annual Veterans Day event Tuesday, November 11th at 11 a.m. at the Ballinger Community Center. The ceremony honors all who have served — Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard, Retired personnel, and their families. Following the program, everyone is invited to stay for lunch with area veterans. Proceeds from the meal will benefit the Runnels County Veterans Memorial Fund and VFW Post 9196. The meal is provided by the Runnels County Veterans Affairs Committee.
