The St. Mary Star of the Sea Knights of Columbus in Ballinger is taking pre-orders for their annual Christmas brisket fundraiser. The smoked, pre-cooked briskets weigh between 12 and 14 pounds and are vacuum-packed and chilled. Each brisket is $125.

Brisket pickup is scheduled for Saturday, December 13th from 9 to 11 a.m. at Hubert Hall, located behind the church on North 6th Street.
