The Ballinger Girls Softball Association is kicking off 2026 and they need volunteers to keep the season rolling. The league, run entirely by local helpers, is looking for board members to fill key roles, including concessions, maintenance, social media, fundraising, and umpire coordination. No experience is needed—just a love for softball and a willingness to support local girls. Without enough volunteers, the season could be at risk. Interested community members are invited to the monthly board meeting Thursday, January 16th, at 6 p.m. at Seventh Street Baptist Church.
