Cooking teams are being invited to sign up now for the “Hotter Than Hell” BBQ Cookoff fundraiser set for June 26th and 27th at Ballinger City Park.
The event will feature brisket, ribs, chicken and jalapeño popper competitions, along with volleyball and cornhole tournaments, vendor booths, a silent auction and live music from DJ Orlando Cardenas.
Organizers say the cookoff will benefit Imagination Station. Entry fees are 175 dollars for a three-meat team or 20 dollars for individual jackpot categories.
