High school students in Texas 11 are encouraged to enter the 2026 Congressional Art Competition hosted by Congressman August Pfluger. This year’s theme is “Celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary.” Entries are due April 13th. Details and rules are available on the Congressman’s website.
