The Knights of Columbus at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church are taking pre-orders for smoked Easter briskets. The briskets are 10–12 pounds, pre-cooked, vacuum packed, and chilled, and are $125 each. Pickup will be Friday, March 27, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Hubert Hall Cook Shed Alley behind the church, 604 North 6th Street in Ballinger.
