FREE MULCH AVAILABLE FOR RESIDENTS! The City will be placing a load of mulch at the City property located at 300/302 S. 6th Street for residents to pick up FREE of charge. Please note: This is self-serve only, Bring your own shovels, bags, vehicle, City staff will not be available to load mulch. Once the mulch supply gets low, we will bring in another load.
