One Winner Per Household – Only one winner per household is allowed every 30 days, unless otherwise specified.
How to Enter – Entry methods will be announced on-air and may include calling in, registering online, or participating on social media. Entry deadlines will be clearly stated.
Winner Selection – Winners are selected according to the method described in the specific contest details (e.g., random drawing, caller number, trivia correct answer, etc.).
Prizes – All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Substitutions may be made only at station’s discretion.
Prize Pickup – Winners must claim prizes at the KRUN studio (or designated location) within 30 days of winning, with valid ID. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
Taxes & Forms – Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes. Prizes valued at $600 or more require completion of a W-9 form and may be reported to the IRS.
Publicity – By entering, participants agree to allow their name, voice, and/or likeness to be used in station promotions without compensation.
Technical Issues – KRUN is not responsible for technical failures, dropped calls, or internet issues that affect entry or participation.
Disqualification – KRUN reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
