The Rowena Volunteer Fire Department will host its annual Chicken Strip Dinner Sunday, Aug. 23. The drive-through-only event will be held at the Rowena Fire Station from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Plates are $15 each and will include chicken strips and all the fixings. The fire department encourages area residents to come out, enjoy a meal and support the Rowena Volunteer Fire Department. The event is drive-through only.
