The Ballinger City Council will meet Monday, July 7, at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, located at 700 Railroad Avenue. Agenda highlights include a discussion on the FY2026 budget, a proposed 39% increase in garbage service rates starting October 1, and the ordering of the November 2025 general election for Mayor and Council Places 1 and 2.
Council members will also hear updates from department heads and consider agreements involving the Fire Department and Runnels County.
