The City of Ballinger’s citywide cleanup campaign continues through Sunday, March 22nd, and officials are urging residents to take full advantage of the beautiful, warm weather expected this weekend.
After a strong start Tuesday, city leaders report all four dumpsters placed across Ballinger were filled to capacity on day one, showing a tremendous community response.
With sunny skies and temperatures climbing into the 90s, the city says this weekend provides a perfect opportunity for residents to get outside and tackle cleanup projects—whether it’s yards, alleys, streets, or nearby vacant lots.
Officials encourage everyone to keep the momentum going, share photos of their progress on the city’s Facebook page, and help showcase the impact of the effort.
