Residents in Winters can start clearing out unwanted household items as the city’s bulk pickup gets underway this week.
Pickup is scheduled for March 23rd, 24th, and 27th. Officials say crews will collect up to five large items per household, including furniture, mattresses, appliances, and bagged leaves.
Items must be placed curbside at least three feet from trash containers. Residents are reminded not to set items out more than one week before their scheduled pickup.
Unacceptable items include tires, oil, car parts, construction debris, and toxic materials.
