Winters residents have until Sunday to vote for their favorite entries in the community’s annual Scarecrow Fest.
The Winters District Chamber of Commerce says businesses and homeowners have placed decorated scarecrows around town.
Entries are competing in several categories, including spookiest, funniest, best theme and best use of recycled or natural materials.
Voting closes November first.
The chamber is encouraging residents to visit the displays and cast ballots for their favorites.
The contest continues following last weekend’s downtown Harvest Fest, giving families several more days to participate.
