Two student groups at Winters High School are reaching beyond the classroom to help their neighbors.
The Winters FFA chapter has announced a pet food and supply drive to support the Winters Animal Shelter.
At the same time, the school’s National Honor Society is organizing a canned food drive for Samaritan House.
Residents interested in helping can check with the school district for donation drop-off information and collection deadlines.
