WINTERS TO HOLD CURBSIDE BULK PICKUP SEPT. 14, 15 AND 18

The City of Winters will conduct its next curbside bulk pickup on Sept. 14, 15 and 18. Residents should place bulk items at the curb by 6 a.m. on their regular collection day. Each residence is limited to five items or bundles. Brush and limbs must be cut into four-foot lengths, bundled and weigh no more than 50 pounds. Acceptable items include furniture, appliances, mattresses and water heaters. Construction debris, tires, batteries, chemicals and hazardous waste will not be collected
