WINTERS TO HOST COFFEE, CINNAMON ROLLS AND CONVERSATIONS

The City of Winters is inviting residents to meet the city’s new leadership team during a special community gathering Wednesday, Sept. 9. “Coffee, Cinnamon Rolls and Conversations” will be held from 7 to 9 a.m. at the Rock Hotel. Residents can meet Mayor Chris Bahlman, City Administrator Kay O’Dell, Police Chief Pat Salas and other city leaders. The city says the informal event is an opportunity to sip, chat and help build a stronger Winters community.
