Families planning to enroll young people in 4-H in Runnels or Coleman counties have an approaching date to remember.
Texas A&M AgriLife Extension says the regular youth membership fee is $25 through October 31.
Beginning November first, the fee increases to $30.
Active enrollment is required to participate in 4-H activities and events.
Parents and students can register online through Texas 4-H or contact their county Extension Office for assistance.
Families already involved in 4-H must renew enrollment each year.
