Wrap up the summer with a splash at the Bummer Summer’s Over Party on Wednesday, July 31st, from 3 to 7 PM at the Community Center Park and Pool in Winters.
The free family-friendly event features swimming, food, and outdoor games for all ages. It’s hosted by North Runnels Hospital District with help from the Winters Volunteer Fire Department, the City of Winters, and the Winters Police Department.
