Two members of the Ballinger Lady Cats are receiving top honors in District 8-2A following a standout season.
Senior Ashtyn Wilson was named First Team All-District and earned Impact Player of the Year honors. Sophomore Ysee LeBorgne also claimed First Team recognition and was selected Defensive Player of the Year.
The Lady Cats finished the season 24-8 and ranked 45th in the state in Class 2A girls basketball.
Head Coach Nathan Riggins praised the hard work and determination shown by the entire team throughout the season.
