Winters ISD will host a Trade School and Career Information Night in February, offering families a closer look at workforce and education opportunities beyond high school.
The event is set for Friday, February 13th, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Winters Cafeteria, during the high school basketball games against Colorado City.
Representatives from Texas State Technical College and Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas will be on hand to discuss financial aid options, apprenticeships, career pathways, online degree plans, daycare resources, and workforce support services.
Informational sessions will be held at halftime, and parents who visit the booths will receive free entry into the basketball games.
The event is open to all parents, with free admission and a free hot dog for kids.
